About approval of changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

For the purpose of realization of priority measure for increase in social protection of workers of industries of the budget sector with the low compensation provided by the Program of activities of the Government "Freedom, democracy, welfare for 2011-2014", the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government it (is applied).

2. Determine that the expenses connected with enforcement of this Resolution become covered at the expense of the funds allocated for the corresponding year.

Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 381 of April 13, 2006 "About payment terms of work of workers of the budget sphere" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 66-69, of the Art. 431), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

To replace 1) in Item 51 of figure "2011" with figures "2012";

2) appendix No. 3:

in Item 8:

the subitem and) to state in the following edition:

"a) length-of-service allowance in special working conditions:

to doctors of the Republican consultation of medical examination of viability for the first three years of work and for each next two years of work at the rate to 10 percent from official pay rate, at the same time the maximum size of the allowance shall not exceed 30 percent of official pay rate;

to employees of structural divisions on fight against especially dangerous infections, irrespective of post, - in the amount of 10 percent of official pay rate for every year of work. The maximum size of allowances cannot exceed 40 percent of official pay rate; to doctors and average medical personnel of the centers of blood transfusion for work in the conditions of the increased risk for health to establish salary supplement in the amount of 10 percent from the tariff charge (salary) for each worked year, at the same time the maximum size of the allowance shall not exceed 40 percent of official pay rate;

to epidemiologists and bacteriologists, medical assistants and feldsheramlaborant of bacteriological laboratory of Service of the state supervision of public health for the work in the conditions of the increased risk for health connected with fight against dangerous and especially harmful infections and also to the doctors and medical assistants occupied directly with prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS - in the amount of 15 percent of official pay rate for every year of work. The maximum size of the allowance cannot exceed 100 percent of official pay rate;

to other personnel which are directly occupied with prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS - in the amount of 10 percent of official pay rate for every year of work. The maximum size of the allowance cannot exceed 60 percent of official pay rate;";

the subitem d) to add with words at the end: ", and to employees of Communitarian service of social support in subordination of management / district (municipal) department of social security - in the amount of 30%.";

table No. 4:

line item "The chief of service on social servicing at home, the chief of welfare service of local level" to state in the following edition: "Chief of service: on social servicing at home, social security of local level, the personal help";

"The social worker" to add line item with words ", the personal assistant";

add notes with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. For social assistants-supervisors the 14th category of compensation is established.";

3) in appendix No. 4:

add Item 7 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Two monthly salary funds, calculated in the above procedure will be allocated to the leading employees and specialists of cultural institutions specified in table 2 and 3 of this appendix for creation of fund of awarding and rendering financial support.";

at the end to add Item 2 of the note to the Section III of table 1 with the words "and in the organizations having branches in subordination.";

"National institutions" of the table No. 5 to add the Section with line item "Presidential orchestra of the Republic of Moldova";

Appendices No. 18 and No. 19 to state 4) in the following edition:

"Appendix No. 18
