About modification of Presidential decrees of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 396 and of May 31, 2011 No. 634

1. Make such changes to Presidential decrees of Ukraine:

1) in the Regulations on Public service of statistics of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 396 "About Public service of statistics of Ukraine" (with the changes made by the Decree of February 22, 2012 No. 134):

add item 4 with subitems 3-1 and 3-2 of such content:

"3-1) approves statistical methodology and otchetnostatistichesky documentation of statistical observations (except for the state qualifiers of technical and economic and social information), and also standard forms of primary accounting documentation necessary for their carrying out;

3-2) performs management of all works connected with preparation of population census and agricultural census provides carrying out such censuses, processing, generalization, distribution and use of their results, develops and approves programs of censuses and census tools, the schedule of preparation and carrying out censuses, techniques of censuses, the Concept of technology of data processing of population census, the program of development of materials of censuses";

add Item 7 with the words "and interregional territorial authorities of the state statistics";

state Item 9 in such edition:

"9. Gosstat of Ukraine within the powers, on basis and in pursuance of the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts and orders of the President of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine issues orders which are signed by his head, will organize and controls their accomplishment.
