On accomplishment of the Decision of Public service of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship of 08.06.2012 No. 1 "About need of elimination by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of violations of the principles of the state regulatory policy according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine of 11.09.2003 No. 1160-І V "About fundamentals of the state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity", I ORDER:
1. In Item 9.1 of the Method of calculation of the sizes of indemnification caused to the state as a result of violation of the law about the protection and rational use of water resources approved by the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of 20.07.2009 No. 389, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 14.08.2009 for word No. 767/16783, of "sea water" shall be replaced with words "waters from estuaries".
2. To provide to the state ecological inspection of Ukraine (there Lived P.B.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister-chief of staff Mormul D. D.
