About modification of appendix 2 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298

1. Bring in appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of the Single scale of charges of categories and coefficients on compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 36, the Art. 1699, No. 52, Art. 2389; 2005, No. 40, the Art. 2544) changes which are applied.
2. Determine that in case of reduction in connection with adoption of this resolution of the salary (without award) at certain employees of the state teleradio organizations who are not journalists on operating time in post the difference between the salary (without award) established to the introduction in operation of this resolution and the salary (without award) established on new payment terms of work is paid to these workers.
