Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine and the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of April 16, 2002 No. 147/110 "About approval of Rules of issue of permissions and certificates on import to Ukraine and export out of its limits of types of wild fauna and flora which are subjects to regulation of the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance", No. 496/6784 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 12, 2002.
2. Department of protection of natural resources and econetwork (Tomakhin M. L.) The Ministries of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of ecology and natural resources of Ukraine Vildman I. L. and deputy minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine Senya O. V.
