About settlement concerning use of hryvnia in calculations between residents and nonresidents within business volume

According to Item 14 of Article 7, articles 44 and 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 7, of 11, 13 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.02.93 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of settlement of single questions concerning use of hryvnia in calculations between residents and nonresidents within business volume the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on opening and functioning of correspondent accounts of resident banks and nonresidents in foreign currency and correspondent accounts of nonresident banks in hryvnias approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 26.03.98 No. 118, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 10.04.98 for No. 231/2671 (with changes) (further - No. Provision 118), such changes:

1.1. In Section 4:
