1. Approve the Procedure for creation and representation of requests for public information which manager is the National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting which is applied.

2. To submit to management of organizational support and legal support division this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of bonds with mass media and public organizations to promulgate this decision on the official site of National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting.

4. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the chairman of National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting V. Manzhosov.

5. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
