ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

of June 29, 2012 No. 874

Single questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

(as amended on 08-09-2022)

According to article 24 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 18, 1995 "About the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and for the purpose of enhancement of management system in the field of the state youth policy the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Form Committee on cases of youth of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also akimats of areas and cities of Astana and Almaty in the procedure established by the legislation acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to official publication.
