About entering of amendment into article 25 of the Law on the Government No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990

"On meetings of the Government, at which the conclusions on, the drafts of legal acts introduced by the President of the Republic of Moldova, deputies or People's assembly of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia are considered their authors are invited. The invitation to the meeting of the Government containing date, time and the place of its carrying out, and also necessary documents go the State office in writing not later than 48 hours prior to meeting. Absence of the author does not interfere with consideration of the conclusion on the draft of the legal act.".
