About measures for protection of economic interests of producers of metal rolling with polymeric covering in the Customs union

According to the Agreement on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries of January 25, 2008 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Establish for a period of 5 years anti-dumping duty in the amount of it agrees to Appendix to this Decision concerning the Customs union of flat-rolled holodnokatany products imported on single customs area thickness of more 0,2 of mm, but no more than 2 mm, more than 50 mm wide, with polymeric covering and flat-rolled holodnokatany galvanized steel thickness of more 0,2 of mm, but no more than 2 mm, more than 50 mm wide, with polymeric covering, coming from People's Republic of China which can be classified by codes 7210, of 7212, 7225 FEACN CU.

For the purposes of application of anti-dumping duty the goods are determined by description of goods.

2. To provide to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Federal Customs Service collection of the anti-dumping duty established by this Decision.

3. This Decision becomes effective since July 1, 2012.
