2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 15, 2004 No. 1330 "About approval of the Regulations on the Red List of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 49, the Art. 631).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
