Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 3, 2005 No. 988 "About approval of the Standard regulations on advisory advisory body on assistance of activities of the organizations performing criminal penalties and other measures of criminal law action and also on the organization of public and other assistance to persons who served criminal penalties" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 37, the Art. 511).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to official publication.
