According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, N 12, the Art. 247), "About banks and banking activity" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1996, N 5-6, Art. 54) and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 30, 2012 N 124 "About additional measures for ensuring social support of young families" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2012, N 18, of the Art. 202), the Board of the Central bank decides:
1. Make additions to the Regulations on procedure for issue of mortgage loans for purchase of the built or reconstructed housing for general population, including young families approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 13, 2008 N 14/5 (рег. N 1835 of July 12, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, N 29-30, Art. 286), according to appendix. (the text is provided in Uzbek)
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
