About introduction of amendments to article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection on compulsory national pension insurance"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection on compulsory national pension insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 37, Art. 237 with subsequent changes) such changes:

1) in part one:

state Item 7 in such edition:

"7) the companies, organizations and the organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership, physical persons which acquire the property right to the cars which are subject to state registration (re-registration) in divisions of the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine except cases of providing disabled people with cars according to the legislation and inheritances of cars according to the law";

in the paragraph the second Item 9 of the word "the first group of fixed assets according to the Law of Ukraine "About the taxation of profit of the companies" shall be replaced with words also in figure of "group of 3 fixed assets and other non-current assets according to the Tax code of Ukraine";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in part two of the word "in case of alienation of cars" also in figure "during acquisition of property right to cars in the cases specified in Item 7 parts one of this Article".

2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
