Approve the Instruction about measures for maintenance by the large member of the accumulation pension fund and (or) the organization exercising investment control of pension assets, coefficients of sufficiency of equity of the accumulation pension fund and (or) the organization exercising investment control of pension assets (further - the Instruction).
2. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
4. To the organizations exercising investment control of pension assets within two months from the date of enforcement of this resolution to bring the activities into accord with requirements of the Instruction.
