About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather referral lists of structural divisions of local public administrations

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In Item 3 parts two of Article 22 of the Budget code of Ukraine (2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the words "head departments, managements, departments and other independent" to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2. In Item 28 parts one of article 43 of the Law of Ukraine "About local self-government in Ukraine" (1997, No. 24, the Art. 170) words "managements, departments and others" to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About local public administrations" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 20-21, of Art. 190; 2007, No. 78, Art. 66, No. 11, Art. 94; 2010, No. 37, Art. 496):

Part third of Article 5 to state 1) in such edition:

"Standard regulations on structural divisions of local public administration and the referral list of its structural divisions affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

6, the name and the text of Article 11 of the word "managements, departments and others" to exclude 2) in Article part one;

3) in part two of Article 12 of the word "managements, departments," to exclude others;

4) in Article 31:

in part two of the word "Managements, Departments and Other Structural" to replace with the word "Structural";
