About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning strengthening of the administrative responsibility for abuse of regulations of movement through railway crossings and transportations of passengers by road transport

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

Article 123 to state 1) in such edition:

"Article 123. Violation by persons who manage vehicles, the traffic regulation through railway crossings

Violation by person which manages the vehicle, the traffic regulation through the railway crossing, except the violations provided by parts two and third this Article

involves imposing of penalty from twenty to twenty five tax-free minima income of citizens.

Entrance on the railway crossing person who manages the vehicle, in cases when movement through moving is forbidden,

involves imposing of penalty from fifty to seventy tax-free minima income of citizens with oplatny withdrawal of the vehicle at its owner or without it or deprivation of the right of control of vehicles for a period of six months up to one year with oplatny withdrawal of the vehicle at its owner or without it or administrative detention for a period of seven up to ten days with oplatny withdrawal of the vehicle at its owner or without it.

The violation provided by part two of this Article, made by the transport driver during provision of services on transportation of passengers or during transportation of dangerous goods

involves deprivation of the right of control of vehicles for a period of one up to three years with oplatny withdrawal of the vehicle at its owner or without it or administrative detention for a period of ten up to fifteen days with oplatny withdrawal of the vehicle at its owner or without it";

2) in Article 133-1:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts one of the word "from twenty to twenty five" "from thirty to thirty five";
