About approval of Changes to the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 30, 66 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" and Article 43 of the Section X of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of increase in efficiency and ensuring stable activities of banks of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 28.08.2001 No. 368, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 26.09.2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes) (further - Changes) which are applied.

2. (Novikov V. V.) to submit to department of normative and methodological ensuring bank regulation and supervision (Ivanenko N. V.), Legal department this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Sorkin I. V., chiefs of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except paragraphs of the fifth and sixth subitem 2. 1, paragraphs of the ninth and tenth subitem 2.3 of Item 2 of Changes which become effective 22.09.2012.
