1. In preamble of the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of February 27, 2002 No. 88 "About approval of the Regulations on public inspectors on environmental protection", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 20, 2002 for No. 276/6564, and figure "resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.11.2001 No. 1520 "About approval of the Regulations on the State ecological inspection" shall be replaced with words also in figures "The presidential decree of Ukraine of 13.04.2011 No. 454 "About Regulations on the State ecological inspection of Ukraine".
2. Approve Changes to the Regulations on public inspectors on environmental protection approved by the specified order who are applied.
3. To provide to the state ecological inspection of Ukraine (there Lived P.B.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Mormul D. D.
