Having heard and having discussed information of the judge of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases of the Milk gowan of V.M. on generalization of court practice of application by courts of the legislation of Ukraine on responsibility for separate corruption offenses in 2011 and 3 months 2012, being guided by Item 2 parts two of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges", the plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases decides:

1. To take information of the judge of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases of the Milk gowan of V.M. into consideration.

2. Charge to trial chamber on criminal cases together with management of studying and generalization of court practice and statistics on the basis of the carried-out generalization to prepare the information letter to Appeal Courts.

3. On materials of generalization to prepare the relevant resolution of plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases.
