About approval of the Technique of forming of cost of paid services which can be provided by divisions of the State inspection of technogenic safety of Ukraine

On accomplishment of Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 20, 2012 we ORDER to No. 110 "Some questions of provision of the State inspection of technogenic safety of paid services by divisions":

1. Approve the Technique of forming of cost of paid services which can be provided by divisions of the State inspection of technogenic safety of Ukraine which is applied.

2. In Item 1.1 of the Section I of the Technique of forming of cost of paid services which are provided by divisions of the Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 03, 2012 No. 1/2/1, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on January 16, 2012 for word No. 45/20358, "technogenic fire," to exclude.

3. To the chairman of the State inspection of technogenic safety of Ukraine Ulintsu E. M. provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the State inspection of technogenic safety of Ukraine Ulints E. M.
