Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of February 5, 1993 "About trademarks and service marks" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 27, 2000 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1993, No. 13, Art. 128; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 106, 2/222; 2004, No. 5, 2/1017; 2007, No. 118, 2/1308; 2009, No. 173, 2/1596) following changes and amendments:
1. Of 1 Article 1 the word "or" shall be replaced with words Vpunkte "and (or)".
2. In subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of Article 5 of the word "patent body" shall be replaced with words "The state committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus".
3. Item 1 of article 12 after the second offer to add with the offer of the following content:
"The procedure for maintaining the Register is established by the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus.".
4. Part one of Item 2 of article 13 after the word is "prolonged" to be added with the words "unrestricted number of times".
5. To state Item 5 of Article 20 in the following edition:
