Article 1. Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 3, the Art. 158) the following change:
state Article 363 in the following edition:
"Article 363. Filing of application
The statement or idea of review of court resolution on newly discovered facts moves persons participating in case in the court which considered case on the first instance within three months from the date of establishment of the circumstances forming the basis for review.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
