Article 1. Bring in the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 1998 (Vedamastsi Natsyyanalnaga of Skhodu Respubliki Belarus, 1999, No. 7 – 9, Art. 101; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 62, 2/853; 2004, No. 137, 2/1065; 2006, No. 6, 2/1173; No. 106, 2/1234; No. 122, 2/1257; 2007, No. 118, 2/1309; No. 305, 2/1397; 2008, No. 157, 2/1444; 2010, No. 6, 2/1648, 2/1650; 2011, No. 8, 2/1793; No. 78, 2/1837) following amendments and changes:
1. Part the second Item 3 of Article 1 after words of "foreign states" to add with words "their administrative-territorial (state and territorial) educations which are according to the legislation of these states participants of the civil relations".
2. To state Item 2 of Article 36 in the following edition:
"2. Property trust management of the ward stops in connection with termination of the contract of property trust management on the bases, stipulated in Item 1 articles 907 of this Code.".
3. In Article 37:
in Item 1 part two the word of "ward" shall be replaced with words "the citizen over whom patronage is established";
in Item 2 of the word "The Custodian — the Assistant" to replace with the word "Assistant";
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The order the property belonging to the citizen over whom patronage is established is performed by the assistant based on the agreement of the order or trust management concluded with this citizen. Making of the transactions household and similar to them directed to content and satisfaction of household needs of the citizen over which patronage is established is performed by his assistant to consent of this citizen.";
