About entering of amendment into the Regulations on procedure for the organization of checks of activities of individual entrepreneurs by monitoring bodies
For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for coordination of checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship Council decides:
1. The appendix 1 to the Regulations on procedure for the organization of checks of activities of individual entrepreneurs by monitoring bodies approved by the resolution of Republican council on coordination of activities of monitoring bodies of August 23, 2007 N 01 (reg. N 1712 of September 3, 2007) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, N 35-36, Art. 370), to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"carrying out by the Head public administration of veterinary science under the Ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial subdivisions of control of realization by individual entrepreneurs of meat and dairy products out of the established places, and also without the relevant documents specifying their origin and quality".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
