About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446
Based on paragraph two of article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for delivery of health care to citizens of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 123, 5/34683), the following changes and amendments:
1.1. in item 4:
in subitem 4.3 "sanitary and epidemic" to replace the word with the word of "sanitary and epidemiologic";
subitem 4.5 after the word of "researches" to add with words of "training of scientists of the top skills in the organizations of the state health care system realizing educational programs of postgraduate education";
1.2. in Item 8:
add Item with subitem 8.81 of the following content:
"8.81. establishes the list of medical indications and medical contraindications for sanatorium treatment, and also medical contraindications for improvement;";
state subitem 8.9 in the following edition:
"8.9. performs medical support:
flights of civil aviation;
traffic safety and operation of rail transport public;";
add Item with subitem 8.91 of the following content:
"8.91. establishes in coordination with the Ministry of Transport and Communications:
procedure for the organization of medical attendance of the workers of rail transport public who are directly providing transportation process;
