Article 1

Bring in Item 3 of part 3 of article 26 of the Federal constitutional Law of February 7, 2011 N 1-FKZ "About courts of law in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, N 7, of the Art. 898) change, having excluded from it words "Arbitration Appeal Court, Arbitration Court of the first instance in the republics, regions, areas, the federal cities, the autonomous region, autonomous areas,".

Article 2

This Federal constitutional Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
