1) in Article 141:
a) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts one of the word "to forty thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period up to three months" "to eighty thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period up to six months";
b) in paragraph five of part two of the word "to two hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period up to eighteen months" shall be replaced with words "from hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period from one to two years";
c) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts three of the word "from hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period from one to two years" "from two hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period from one to three years";
2) in Article 141.1:
a) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts one of the word "from hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period from one to two years" "from two hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period from one to three years";
