In case of absence or insufficiency of the money which are subject to confiscation instead of the subject entering the property specified in Article 104.1 of this Code, the court passes the decision on confiscation of other property which cost corresponds to the cost of the subject which is subject to confiscation or is comparable to the cost of this subject, except for property on which according to the civil procedural legislation of the Russian Federation collection cannot be turned.".
