Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 23, 2007 N 270-FZ "About the Russian Technologies State corporation (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 48, Art. 5814; 2009, N 19, Art. 2278; 2011, N 1, Art. 49; N 27, of the Art. 3869) following changes:

1) in Article 8:

"2. The annual statement of the Russian Technologies State corporation is posted on the official site of the Russian Technologies State corporation on the Internet till September 1 of the year following the accounting period with observance of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the state secret, legislations of the Russian Federation on trade secret. The procedure for publication of the annual statement of the Russian Technologies State corporation is established by the supervisory board of the Russian Technologies State corporation according to article 7.1 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1996 N 7-FZ "About non-profit organizations".";

b) in part 3:

"2) annual accounting (financial) accounts of the Russian Technologies State corporation;";

c) state part 4 in the following edition:

"4. Reliability of annual accounting (financial) accounts of the Russian Technologies State corporation and the reports specified in items 4 and 5 parts 3 of this Article is confirmed by audit opinion which joins in the annual statement of the Russian Technologies State corporation.";
