Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2008 N 161-FZ "About assistance to development of housing construction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 30, Art. 3617; N 49, of Art. 5723; 2009, N 19, Art. 2281; N 52, of Art. 6419; 2010, N 22, Art. 2695; N 30, of the Art. 3996, 3997; 2011, N 1, Art. 19; N 25, of Art. 3531; N 29, of Art. 4291; N 30, of Art. 4592; N 49, of the Art. 7027) following changes:

1) in Article 3:

a) add part 2 with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) rendering assistance to stimulation of construction of premises which technical and economic indicators and parameters correspond to the conditions of reference of these premises to housing of economy class established by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of construction, architecture, town planning (further also - housing of economy class);";

b) part 3:

add with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) holds auctions on the right of the conclusion of agreements of gratuitous fixed-term use by the parcels of land of Fund for construction of housing of economy class, including for their complex development for the purpose of construction of such housing, and also performs transfer to persons with whom the specified agreements, in gratuitous fixed-term use of these parcels of land of Fund, including the parcels of land formed of these parcels of land of Fund are signed;";

add with Item 1.2 of the following content:
