About modification of the Procedure for issue and application of the Conclusion of the TTS form and the Conclusion of the IT form

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Procedure for issue and application of the Conclusion of the TTS form and the Conclusion of the IT form approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of August 17, 2010 No. 437, the following changes:

At the same time in the column 3 "For Office Marks" the record "It Is Issued instead of the Conclusion of Form of the TTS/conclusion of the IT Form" with indication of number and date of the cancelled/renewed Conclusion of the TTS form or the Conclusion of the IT form is made. New registration number is assigned to the conclusion of the TTS form or the Conclusion of the IT form issued instead of others the Conclusion of the TTS form or the Conclusion of the IT form";

In paragraph one of Item 7 of the word "not acknowledged" shall be replaced with words 3) "is nullified".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
