Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 23, 2009 N 261-FZ "About energy saving and about increase in energy efficiency and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, N 48, the Art. 5711) the following changes:

1) in Article 14:

a) to state "Item 6 of part 4" in the following edition:

"6) increase in quantity high-economic regarding use of motor fuel and electrical energy of vehicles, the vehicles equipped with electric motors, the vehicles relating to the objects having high class of energy efficiency, and also increase in number of vehicles concerning which events for energy saving and increase in energy efficiency, including for substitution of gasoline and the diesel fuel used by vehicles as motor fuel, the natural gas, gas mixes used as motor fuel are held (further - gas mixes), the liquefied hydrocarbon gas, electrical energy taking into account availability of use, proximity of arrangement to sources of natural gas, gas mixes, electrical energy and economic feasibility of such substitution;";

b) to state "Item 8 of part 6" in the following edition:

"8) to energy saving in transport complex and to increase in its energy efficiency, including substitution of gasoline and diesel fuel, the natural gas, gas mixes liquefied by hydrocarbon gas, electrical energy taking into account the availability of use, proximity of arrangement to sources of natural gas, gas mixes, electrical energy and economic feasibility of such substitution used by vehicles as motor fuel;";

2) in "Article 19":

a) to add "Item 1 of part 2" after the word of "resources" with words "(including in value term)";

b) "add" with part 5 of the following content:
