About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" concerning scope of this Law
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. "About implementation of public procurements" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 33, Art. 471 with subsequent changes) to add article 2 of the Law of Ukraine with part six of such content:
"6. Operation of this Law does not extend to purchases of goods, works and services which are carried out by the companies of defense industry complex which list is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
