About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning differentiation of powers of state bodies in spheres of natural monopolies and in communication industry

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In paragraph one of part one of article 148-5 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the words "which holds the exclusive (dominating) market position of telecommunications" shall be replaced with words sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR "telecommunications with essential market benefit in the market of certain telecommunication services".

2. Item 2 of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 50, Art. 472; 2004, 13, 181) to state No. to the Art. in such edition:

"2) control of concentration, coordinated actions of subjects of managing and observance of requirements of the legislation on protection of the economic competition during price regulation (rates) for goods which are made (are implemented) by subjects of natural monopolies".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About natural monopolies" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 30, Art. 238; 2003, No. 30, Art. 247; 2004, No. 13, Art. 181; 2012, No. 7, Art. 53):

1) in Article 1:
