About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" concerning bond issue of internal state loan

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" such changes:

To replace 1) in article 5 of figure "415.326.338,2" with figures "416.326.338,2";

To add 2) with Article 17-1 of such content:

"Article 17-1. Grant the right to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to perform bond issue of internal state loan within the amounts established by appendix No. 2 to this Law in the amount of 1.000.000 thousand hryvnias with further acquisition in state-owned property in exchange for these bonds of shares of additional issue of Ukrgidroenergo public joint stock company";

3) to make changes to appendix No. 2 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" according to appendix to this Law.

2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
