1. Paragraph one of part one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About joint-stock companies" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2008, No. 50-51, of Art. 384; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of February 9, 2012 No. 4382-VI) after the words "Neftegaz of Ukraine" to add with words "and Ukrgidroenergo public joint stock company.
2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
