About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" (with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of April 12, 2012 No. 4647-VI of May 24, 2012 No. 4866-VI and of June 8, 2012 No. 4961VI) such changes:

1) in Article 1:

in part one of figure "368.324.717" and "317.407.913" to replace respectively with figures "368.350.217" and "317.433.413";

in part two of figure "394.208.611,9" and "342.004.670,8" to replace respectively with figures "394.234.111,9" and "342.030.170,8";

2) to make changes to appendices No. 1 and No. 3 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" according to appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to this Law;

3) in appendix No. 7 concerning subvention from the government budget to local budgets on implementation of actions of rather social and economic development of the separate territories: by budget code 10313000000 name of the local budget of administrativnoterritorialny unit to add with words and figures "(including for the villages of Malyutyansky of village council - 9500, 0 thousand UAH)" and figures "43000, 0" to replace with figures "52500, 0", in line of "All" of figure "2785801, 0" to replace with figures "2795301, 0".

2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
