About modification of the Procedure for provision to the lessee of consent of the lessor of state-owned property to implementation of the integral improvements of leased state-owned property

According to articles 23 and 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About lease of the state-owned and utility property", article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" and Items 14 and 15 of the Approval procedure of construction projects and the conducting their examination approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2011 No. 560, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for provision to the lessee of consent of the lessor of state-owned property to implementation of the integral improvements of leased state-owned property approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of October 03, 2006 No. 1523, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 18, 2006 for No. 1123/12997, such changes:

1.1. In Item 3:

to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;

add Item with new subitem 6 of such content:

"6) the report on results of examination of estimate part of the project documentation on implementation of the integral improvements.".

1.2. In Item 5 of the word "the means received from alienation of leased property" shall be replaced with words "other means".

1.3. Add Item 7 with the new offer of such content: "In the letter it is indicated the need of first-priority use of the depreciation charges on leased property for implementation of improvements which increase the cost of leased state-owned property.".
