About modification of the Procedure for use of the tax amounts on value added paid by processing enterprises in special fund of the government budget

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for use of the tax amounts on value added paid by processing enterprises in the special fund of the government budget approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2011 No. 246 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 20, Art. 824; 2012, No. 34, the Art. 1259, No. 39, the Art. 1477), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for use of the tax amounts on value added paid by processing enterprises in special fund of the government budget

1. In Item 5:

third - the fifth to state paragraphs in such edition:

"250 hryvnias for the head - for young growth aged from 3 up to 6 months;

500 hryvnias for the head - for young growth aged from 6 up to 9 months;

750 hryvnias for the head - for young growth aged from 9 up to 12 months.";

add Item after the paragraph of the fifth with the new paragraph of such content:

"1000 hryvnias for the head - for young growth aged from 12 up to 15 months.".
