About the Nation-wide target protection program of the population and the territories from emergency situations of technogenic and natural nature for 2013-2017
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Approve the Nation-wide target protection program of the population and the territories from emergency situations of technogenic and natural nature for 2013-2017 which is attached.
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2013, except paragraphs of the third or sixth Item 2 of this Section which become effective from the date of, the publication of this Law following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
provide accomplishment of actions of the Nation-wide target protection program of the population and the territories from emergency situations of technogenic and natural nature for 2013-2017;
during preparation of the bill on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year to provide financing expenses of the actions determined by the Nation-wide target protection program of the population and the territories from emergency situations of technogenic and natural nature for 2013-2017;
take measures concerning reduction in compliance with this Law of subordinate regulatory legal acts, having provided the introduction them in force along with enforcement of this Law, way:
reductions of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law;
ensuring reduction of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other central executive bodies, in compliance with this Law.
