About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning payment of means of pension accruals to legal successors of the died insured person

2. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since July 1, 2012.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning payment of means of pension accruals to legal successors of the died insured person

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 3, 2007 N 741 "About approval of Rules of payment by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation to legal successors of the died insured person of means of the pension accruals considered in special part of individual personal account" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 46, Art. 5580; 2010, N 34, Art. 4487):

a) in Item 2 of the word to "Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words to "The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation";

b) in Rules of payment by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation to legal successors of the died insured person of the means of the pension accruals considered in special part of individual personal account, approved by the specified resolution:
