According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About guarantees of freedom of business activity" (2012, N 18, the Art. 201) and for the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for coordination of checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship Council decides collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

1. Make changes to Regulations on procedure for coordination of checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship - the legal entities who are carried out by monitoring bodies, approved by the resolution of Republican council on coordination of activities of monitoring bodies of March 11, 2006 N 06-01-01 (рег. N 1573 of May 6, 2006) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, N 19, the Art. 168), according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
