About some questions of the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry and the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Exclude from structure of the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry the republican unitary enterprise "Baranovichi Production Cotton Association", the republican unitary enterprise "Ilyichevsk Factory of Preprocessing of Wool", Baranovichi Shoe Factory open joint stock company, GATOVO-TENNERI joint business limited liability company.

2. Exclude from structure of the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry Recyca Textiles open joint stock company and to include it in structure of the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry.

3. Include in structure of the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry "Baranovichi Production Cotton Association" open joint stock company.

4. Bring in appendix to the Charter of the Belarusian state concern on the production and sales of goods of light industry approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 1994 No. 99 "Questions of the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry" (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1994, No. 6, Art. 83; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 144, 5/31987; No. 274, 5/32820), following changes and amendments:
