About modification and amendments in the Law on public procurements No. 96-XVI of April 13, 2007

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on public procurements No. 96-XVI of April 13, 2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 107-111, of the Art. 470), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In part (1) Article 2:

in Item a) to replace figures "20000" with figures "40000", and after the word of "goods" to add Item with the words "and services";

in Item b) to replace figures "25000" with figures "50000", and to exclude the words "and services".

2. Part (Article 46 to add 1) with Item d) the following content:

"d) for public procurements of works the price of the offer constitutes at least 85 percent of the estimated value of works calculated in accordance with the established procedure by the buying body.".

3. In Item c) parts (1) Article 59 of the word "the cost of the offer exceeds estimated value for 20 percent" shall be replaced with words "the cost of all offers at least than 15 percent more or there is less estimated value".
