1. Make the following changes to the "Rules of step-by-step implementation by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic of the state supervision of construction" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 5, 2008 No. 272 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic 2008, No. 12, Article 1111; 2009, No. 10, Article 846; 2010, No. 7, Article 702; 2011, No. 5, Article 449):

1.1. in subitem 3.4.2 to replace the word "agreement" with the word "expected";

1.2. in subitem 3.4.3:

1.2.1. in the first paragraph of the word of "the contractual cost" shall be replaced with words "with calculation of transitional coefficient of expected cost";

1.2.2. give the fourth paragraph in the following edition:

- the data on actual cost of construction materials and products (excluding VAT) provided for use by the organization - the customer in construction;

1.2.3. exclude the fifth paragraph;

1.3. in subitem 3.4.6 of the word of "the contractual cost" shall be replaced with words "the expected cost".
