Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamasts_ of Respubl_k_ Belarus, 1992, No. 17, Art. 275; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 114, 2/1252; 2009, No. 16, 2/1558) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1 part one shall be replaced with words the word "Citizens" "The citizens who are constantly living in the Republic of Belarus".

2. To add the Item "d" of part two of Article 51 with the second offer of the following content: ". At the same time the able-bodied person is understood as person which reached 16 years, but not advanced age, the stipulated in Clause 11 these Laws, the idle, not engaged in business activity, not studying in organizations of education in day form of education, not receiving pension, unemployment benefit, monthly insurance payment or monthly monetary pay according to the legislation".

3. State Article 73 in the following edition:

"Article 73. Sizes of pensions

Social pensions are estimated from the largest size of the budget of subsistence minimum approved by the Government of the Republic of Belarus on average per capita for two last quarters in the following sizes:

to disabled people of the I group, including disabled people since the childhood, – 110 percent;

to disabled people since the childhood of the II group – 95 percent;

to disabled people of the II group (except disabled people since the childhood), to children in case of loss of the supporter (the Item "and" of part three of article 35 of this Law) on each child – 85 percent;

to disabled people of III group, including disabled people since the childhood, – 75 percent;

to persons which reached age: men – 60 years, women – 55 years, – 50 percent;
