About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the state social privileges, the rights and guarantees for separate categories of citizens"

Article 1. Bring in article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2007 "About the state social privileges, the rights and guarantees for separate categories of citizens" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 147, 2/1336) the following amendments:

add Item 1 with subitem 1.16 of the following content:

"1.16. children under 3 years.";

add Article with Item 3 following of content:

"3. The right to 50 percent discount from the cost of the medicines issued according to recipes of doctors within the list of the main medicines according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Republic of Belarus, for treatment of the disease which resulted in disability disabled people of III group, except persons specified in Items 1 and 2 of this Article have and also persons whose disability was caused by illegal actions, because of alcoholic, drug, toxic intoxication, mutilation.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.
