About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 2008 No. 178

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of foreign trade activity by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs I decide:

1. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 2008 No. 178 "About procedure for carrying out and control of the foreign trade transactions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 80, 1/9574; 2009, No. 53, 1/10496; 2011, No. 91, 1/12748) following changes and amendment:

1.1. in subitem 1.1:

the nineteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the periodic statistical declaration - the declaration which is presented in the form of the electronic document by the exporter (importer), the consignor or the consignee for the purposes of the statistical recording of export (import) of goods, making of customs transactions concerning which according to the legislation is not made, on two and more facts of shipments (deliveries) of goods which total cost constitutes the amount equivalent * 1000 euros and more, for month under report within one agreement in foreign trade, is registered in customs authorities with use of information systems and information technologies and is the document of currency exchange control of the foreign trade transactions;";
