1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 28.06.2013 No. 569

Item 77 of the Regulations on procedure for the organization and conducting the centralized testing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2006 No. 714 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 92, 5/22424; 2008, No. 54, 5/26855; 2010, No. 184, 5/32249) to state in the following edition:

"77. In case of loss or reduction in worthlessness of the certificate of RIKZ draws up its duplicate. For receipt of the duplicate the entrant submits the following documents:

passport or other identity document;

the statement with indication of the reasons of loss or its reduction in worthlessness;

the become useless certificate - if the certificate became useless.

Duplicates of certificates are drawn up within five days from the date of filing of application on forms of the established sample on which in the right upper corner the mark "Duplicate" is given, and are valid until the end of calendar year in which centralized testing is held.";
